2008-10-01: “Doing nothing is the key to achieving anything”, says Top Life Coach

Sitting silently for 10 minutes each day is the key to happiness and success. So says leading life coach to stars and entrepreneurs, Rasheed Ogunlaru launching his Sitting in Silence Campaign to help people decrease their stress and increase their happiness today (1.Oct 2008).

Launching the Sitting in Silence Campaign with a free downloadable 10 minute relaxation meditation, Rasheed says: "Most people in the West who are stressed and mildly depressed are so because their lives are minds are chaotically busy.
