Customer information:
Please read carefully. By placing an order with us, you understand and agree the following terms and conditions:
- We will send you written confirmation (either by email or by
post) of your order within 1-2 working days of you placing your order
with us.
- MP3s / E-books can be instantly downloaded by following the 'back to Rasheed' link on purchase.
- All CDs and books should reach you within 5
working days of you placing your order. In most cases, and unless we
notify you otherwise, we aim to supply goods within 3 working days of
orders being placed (for UK delivery) when products are in stock.
- All
products should reach you in good condition. In the event that your
ordered items do not reach you in good condition, please contact us as
soon as possible and we will arrange to provide you with a refund or a
replacement as appropriate.
- In the event of you requesting
a refund or replacement from us the original goods must be returned to
us at the address below (at the buyer's cost) within 30 days of the
date of your request, and your replacement or refund (as applicable)
will be met within the same time period.
- If you wish to
cancel your order, please contact us by email or by first-class post
within 7 working days of placing your order. We will require you to
return the goods to us, if already delivered to you.
- All correspondence regarding your order(s), and any other requests and enquiries, must be made in writing.
