Organisational coaching

I regularly speak and write on life, work and relationship issues on TV, radio, press and online. My appearances include discussing stress and long working hours live on ITN News, being a regular guest life coach / newspaper reviewer for BBC London 94.9fm and speaking on running the first Charisma Masterclass on BBC Breakfast news. I’ve also been a regular contributor for a range of newspapers, magazines and websites including Psychologies. My media work includes:

Media biography

Rasheed Ogunlaru is a leading life & business coach, motivational speaker, and an author. He regularly appears in the media as an expert on life, work, career and relationships including on ITV News, 5 Live and BBC London. He is an expert for Psychologies magazine and is often quoted and featured in the national, business and ethnic press including The Times, The Guardian and The Voice.

He is also host / creator of his own TV pilot The Rasheed Show… be the change, see the change. His rich media experience includes news and feature interviews, expert comment, phone-ins, regular spots, and paper reviews. Prior to qualifying as a coach, Rasheed worked in the media – including as a media trainer. His career began at Which? where he was a press officer, media trainer and served as a media spokesman. 

Media training: Rasheed is also an associate media trainer for PS Programmes – delivering TV training and crisis media training courses.
