We find ourselves in a new season, new era and a new chapter of our lives. Here in the UK it has been a tumultuous week with the arrival of new Prime Minister, the passing of the much-loved Queen Elizabeth II and accession of her son, Charles III. All that set against times of changes and uncertainty in the economy, in terms of the cost of living and globally.
As an citizen and as a leadership coach I’d like to pay my respects, thanks to The Queen for a life of service and an example of what leadership is all about. Her son’s first act was to reach out and connect with those he serves in person and in a recorded broadcast. That’s what leadership is all about.
