  1. Stop ….and breathe deeply and slowly
  2. Press Pause before rushing in
  3. Go to bed on-time, sleep, rest and take regular breaks
  4. Step back, see the big picture and keep perspective
  5. Time in nature and in mindfulness and meditation
  6. Be kind to yourself and others
  7. Avoid gossip and arguments
  8. Pace yourself with your work
  9. Be grateful for what you already have
  10. Cut down those to do lists and put less on your plate.
